About Us

At FailSafe Communications, our mission is clear: No caller to 911 or 988 should go unheard. We deliver the tools that leaders, carriers, and providers need to protect lives, safeguard reputations, and stay ahead of compliance.

Protecting Lives Through Smarter Emergency Communications

Founded in 2014 by Leo A. Wrobel, a veteran, former mayor, and nationally recognized disaster recovery expert, FailSafe Communications was created to solve one of the most urgent gaps in public safety: the calls to 911 that never connect. With multiple U.S. patents and more than 30 years of experience behind it, FailSafe Communication provides the only nationwide companion solution that is designed to help callers that cannot get through to 911 or 988.

Our goal is simple yet vital: to ensure that carriers, public officials, and service providers are never caught off guard. By delivering real-time information about blocked or lost 911 callers through our T911™ methodology, we empower leaders to act with confidence, carriers to avoid costly fines, and recovery providers to differentiate their services.

What Sets FailSafe Communications Apart

FailSafe Communications is the only provider that detects unsuccessful 911 callers in real time. Our patented methodology, demonstrated before the FCC, gives carriers and public officials the precise data they need to respond quickly, prove compliance, and protect public trust. Unlike traditional systems that only track completed calls, FailSafe focuses on failures—the hidden risks that lead to multimillion-dollar fines, political fallout, and delayed emergency responses.

By turning these silent failures into actionable alerts and compliance-ready reports, FailSafe closes the most dangerous gap in public safety communications. Leaders gain the visibility to act decisively, carriers meet regulatory requirements with confidence, and communities are protected by a system that works even when 911 doesn’t.
